Introducing Thursday Sourdough!

Our team has grown over the past few months, and we're now ready to expand our capacity. Given our bakery space is rammed, we're having to do this by increasing our baking days for now.

We're launching Sourdough Thursdays - and to sweeten the deal, we're giving away a box of 2 SourDoughnuts with every Thursday Bread Subscription. All you need to do, is head to the website, order a subscription (classic sourdough, olive, jalapeno cheddar, or sandwich loaves all come as subscriptions), specify Thursday delivery and we'll deliver the goodies. Subscriptions can be selected to run for 4, 6, or 8 weeks.

We're also looking for local restaurants and cafes who could use our wonderful sourdough in their brunches, lunches, the list goes on. If you are interested in becoming a Black Cat stockist, please email blackcatbakes.wivenhoe@gmail.com / if you want somewhere you love to stock our bread/SourDoughnuts please petition them - we'd really appreciate it. It's a challenging landscape for independent businesses right now, so shops tend to want customer demand before trying out a new product.
