Contains: flour (wheat, gluten), water, salt (and lots of time!)
 
Option for a 'seeded' crust using a 5 seeds and cereal mix - malted wheat flakes, organic sunflower seeds, barley flakes, organic millet seeds, jumbo oats ( see BOLD -for allergens, including cereals containing gluten)
